Clifford Gary Goolsby

Clifford Gary Goolsby, 48, died Thursday, January 18, 2018.  Visitation will be at Breeland Funeral Home on Monday, January 22, 2018 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm and again on Tuesday from 10:00 am until the 11:00 am chapel service.  Burial will be in the Canton Cemetery.

A finish carpenter, Cliff was an excellent craftsman who also enjoyed hunting and fishing.  He was a member of Van Winkle Baptist Church in Jackson.

He was preceded in death by: brother, Lewis Clarke Goolsby; paternal grandparents, Otho and Myrtle Goolsby; and maternal grandparents, Edward and Ann Sims.

Survivors include: father, Johnny Goolsby, Jr. (Lana) of Crystal Springs; mother, Hazel Sims Henry of Tampa, FL; sons, Jacob Goolsby and Justin Goolsby of Madison; daughter, Brooke Goolsby of Brandon; brothers, Johnny Goolsby, III (Mihwa) of Westchester, PA and Russell Jeffrey Goolsby (Crystal) of Tampa, FL; step-brothers, Lee Riley (Shelley) of Crystal Springs, Tim Riley (Cindy) of Jackson, and Mark Riley of Crystal Springs; step-sister, Luci Harris (Daren) of Oakland, CA; a very special aunt and uncle, Diane and David Goolsby; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
