Dorothy Hart

Dot Hart, 80, wife of Linn Hart, died Sunday, November 11, 2018.  Visitation will be Wednesday, November, 14, 2018 from 1:00 pm until the 3:00 pm chapel service at Breeland Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Canton Cemetery.

Mrs. Hart was a dedicated employee for a variety of jobs, including, Noble’s Drug Store, First Federal Savings and Loans, and Flav-O-Rich among others.  She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Canton.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Nell Hopkins and W. K. Pace, Sr. and brother, W. K. Pace, Jr.

Survivors include: husband Linn Hart of Canton; daughters, Donna Martin (Jim) of Magee, Terri Hargrove of Fairfield Bay, AR, Lynn Thompson of Brooksville, and Pam Noble (Charles) of Madison; sisters, Grace Moore of Mobile, AL, Tecoah Bruce (Tom) of Berkley, CA, Betty Lava of Houston, TX, Carolyn Marchant of Tampa, FL, and Shirlene Mathews (Dennis) of Vicksburg; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to The Alzheimer’s Association.
