Melvin Eugene Waldrop

Melvin Eugene Waldrop, 83, died Wednesday, January 17, 2018.  Visitation will be Friday, January 19, 2018 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm and again on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 9:00 am until the 10:00 am chapel service at Breeland Funeral Home.  Burial will be in the Sharon Cemetery.

A native of Madison County, Mr. Waldrop was a retired warehouse manager for Canton Municipal Utilities.  He was a member of Fellowship Christian Assembly.

Survivors include: wife Helen Louise Waldrop of Canton; son, Danny E. Waldrop and wife Susan of Mt Olive; daughter, Diane Waldrop of Canton; sister, Myrna Rowell of Canton; grandchildren, Andrew P. Waldrop and Anna Morgan Grissett; and great grandchildren, Ayden, Bryson, and Kynleigh Waldrop.
