Morris B Roberts

Morris B. Roberts, 75, died Thursday, November 9, 2017, at MS State Veteran’s

Nursing Home in Jackson.  He was born in Yazoo City, MS, March 6, 1942 to Morris and Marciele McKee Roberts.  He was a MS Highway Patrolman for 25 years, and worked 10 years for the Canton Police Department until retiring.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Carolyn Monroe Roberts. 

Survivors are son, Mori  Roberts of Canton, MS, and brother, Lamar Roberts (Sue) of Yazoo City, MS, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Monday, Nov. 13, 2017 from 2-3 PM with memorial service in Breeland Chapel at 3 PM, and interment following in Canton Cemetery.
