Allison Rebecca Hancock, age 41, passed away peacefully on the morning of October 7, 2022 at her home in Brandon, MS. Born January 16, 1981, Allison is the daughter of Ruth Anna McDaniel, James Plummer and Mickey McDaniel.
Allison was a graduate of Madison Central High School and attended Holmes Community College & Mississippi State University. Her affection for the MSU Bulldogs was lifelong. She was an avid reader, music lover, and loved to wet a hook. Along with many years spent working in the food industry, Allison considered her greatest joy and accomplishment as mother to her three precious children.
Allison is survived by her children Maynard, Jackson, and Emma Jane, parents Ruth Anna & Mickey McDaniel, and James Plummer, her brother Adam Plummer (Julie), sister Ashley Lofland (Myles), and brother Morgan Plummer.
The family would like to thank Traditions Health, Dr Eric Reiners, and especially nurse Paige Dineen Ford for their professional and loving care.
Visitation will be held at Breeland Funeral Home in Canton on Wednesday October 12, 2022 from 5 to 7. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
