Charles was preceded in death by grandchildren, Charles Sullivan of Greenup, KY and Tonya Sullivan of Hilton Head, SC.

Survivors include: son, Terry Sullivan of Ashland, KY; daughters, Charlotte Sullivan of Flatwoods, KY and Theresa Sullivan of Greenup, KY; sister, Glenda Simpson of Arkansas; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
