Obituary
Daniel Adin Prestage, 81 passed away on Monday, February 21, 2023 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Visitation will be at Breeland Funeral Home on Friday, February 24, 2023 from 10 AM until the 11:00 AM chapel service.
A native of Lena, MS he was a retired plant manager for Desoto Furniture and MMC Materials. He was a songwriter having received a Gold Record. He loved to play Dominoes and spending time with his family. He was a member of Center Terrace Baptist Church.
Adin was preceded in death by: father, John Prestage; mother, Tressie Shoemaker Prestage; great-grandson, Kash McGraw; brothers, Robert, Eugene, and Lamar Prestage; and sister, Evon Stewart.
Survivors include: wife, Lula Trigg Prestage; daughter, Gail McGraw (Larry); grandsons, Ryan McGraw (Samantha) and Tyler McGraw (Blakeney); great grandsons, Kade, Kamden, and Rhett McGraw; brothers, K. E. Prestage and Aubrey Prestage (Alice); and sisters, Louise Isonhood and Linda Hearst (Lenny).
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to The American Cancer Foundation or to Hospice Ministries.
