Debbie Wootten Durrett, 70 of Canton, MS, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2021 at Madison County Nursing Home in Canton after a long illness.
Debbie retired from Liberty Mutual. She was known for her beautiful smile and outgoing personality. She was a hardworking, loving, and proud mother and grandmother. She was an aunt to numerous nieces and nephews. She was a Native of Sardis and lived in Canton for most of her life.
Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Howard Wooten and mother, Elsie Wooten both of Sardis.
Survivors include Husband, John Durrett of Canton; son, Doug Durrett (Laura) of Flora; daughter, Kim Durrett Hodges (George) of Brandon; sisters, Lynn Brasher of Courtland, Cindy Lloyd of Courtland, Betty Kay Hale (Steve) of Batesville, Lisa Morris (Tracey) of Batesville; grandchildren, Zak Durrett, Lacey Durrett, Lucas Durrett, Jacob Bender, and Sean Hodges.
