Dennis Sheffield Obituary

Mr. Dennis Clark Sheffield, of Madison, MS, passed away in his home on Friday, June 1, 2018 at the age of 81.

Dennis is survived by his two sons, Jay (wife Kathleen) and Mark (wife Suzie) Sheffield, his siblings, Jane Kim and Charles Sheffield, three grandchildren, Michael (wife Kathryn), Hunter (wife Rachel) and Allison, and one great-grandchild, Manning. He is preceded in death by his parents, Eldon (Bob) and Mary Sheffield and brother, Randall Sheffield

Dennis was born on July 26, 1936 in Clarion, IA. He graduated from Ozark Bible College, Joplin, MO and was in the ministry for many years in several states in the Midwest. After moving to Southern California he transitioned to a career in real estate and later retired to Mississippi.

Cremation services will be performed by Breeland Funeral Home in Canton, MS. There will be no visitation. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations can be made on his behalf to Pinehaven Christian Children’s Ranch in Saint Ignatius, MT.
