Edward Ross Hutchison

Ed was married for 60 years to Jean (King). He was the father of Laura Ainsworth (Jerry), Mark Hutchison (Amanda), and Edward Hutchison Jr. (Amy). He was the grandfather of Ava, John Ross Ainsworth, Laura Jean, Vivian, and Jerry Lee (Sara Lindsay), Jimmy, Anna Catherine Hutchison, and Colton Comans. Ed was an alumnus of Syracuse University and taught at Jackson State University and Hinds Community College. He was a long-time member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians and had a magic shop in Fayetteville, NY. He was a member of the NAACP in the early 1960’s in Mississippi. He was a member of the Onondaga County legislature in the early 1970’s and later authored three books. He was a historian of the family tree and Jamesville Dewitt, NY. No flowers please, instead donate to the charity of your choosing.

Visitation will be Sunday April 25, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. with a 1:00 memorial service at Breeland Funeral Home.
