Harry Terrell (Terry) Chandler, Jr.

Harry Terrell (Terry) Chandler, Jr., 77, passed away Saturday, August 15, 2020 at his home.  Visitation will be at Breeland Funeral Home on Friday, August 21, 2020 from 12:00 pm until the 1:00 pm chapel service.

The Murrah Class of 1960 lost Terry Chandler, the Duke of Earl, a true Vietnam War heroic story teller, a bull rider, auctioneer, stock broker, Bourbon connoisseur, Navy Corps, an Army Sargent, a true friend to millionaires and paupers, a Zen master with the potential to win Academy Awards, rodeos, cult fowlers and Dutch Bar regulars, he was and always will be remembered as one of the kindest, funniest, most interesting, most gentle, best friends a man could ever hope for. 

He will always be missed by his friends and all the girls he loved before.

Survivors include: daughter, Tracey Chandler; granddaughters, Jessica Jones and Anna Melissa Jones; great grandchildren, Denver Ryan, James Ryan, Jackson Jones, and Grace Jones; sister, Kathy Chandler, and ex-wife and best friend, Frances Jean Price.
