Hope Coup

Hope O’Cain Coup, 103, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2025.  Visitation will be at Breeland Funeral Home on Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 9:30 am until the 10:30 am graveside service at Canton Cemetery.

Hope was a retired bank teller for Canton Exchange Bank.  She was a long-time member of First United Methodist Church of Canton where she taught the youth and played the piano for them and her Sunday School class.  She also loved quilting.

Survivors include: sons, Danny Joe O’Cain (Martha) and Jim O’Cain (Gaylene); daughter, Jane Gaughf (Wallace); six grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
