Howard Ray Wyman, 89, passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at the State Veterans Home in Kosciusko. Visitation will be at Breeland Funeral Home on Saturday, June 13, 2020 from 11:00 am until the 12:00 pm graveside service at Canton Cemetery with military honors.
Howard was born in Sikeston, MO on October 15, 1930. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He retired as manager of the Federal Compress and Warehouse Company after 49 ½ years of service. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Canton.
He was preceded in death by: father, Byron Houston Wyman; mother, Alta Emmaline Reagan Wyman; brother, Donald Wyman; sister, Betty Wyman; and son Stephen Wyman.
Survivors include: wife, Eileen Cline Wyman of Canton; sons, Allen Wyman(Cindy) of Meridian and Cline Wyman of Canton; sister, Penne Robinson (Jim) of New Albany; sister, Bobbie Righter of Sikeston, MO; grandchildren, Adam Robinson (Katie) of Nashville, TN, Ben Robinson (Sarah) of Oxford, Holly Flores (Adam) of Van Buren, AR, and Allie Wyman of Meridian; 3 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, Mississippi State Veterans Home, or First United Methodist Church of Canton.
