James Lamar Mason

James Lamar Mason, 75 passed away on Monday, April 17, 2023.  Visitation will be at Breeland Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 from 5 – 7 pm.  The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Canton Cemetery.

Lamar was a retired truck driver and he was a member of Center Terrace Baptist Church.

Survivors include: wife, Kay Johnson Mason; sons, Ronnie Mason (Leslie), Tony Mason, and Gary Mason; step-daughter, Leslie Sowell (Vandy); grandchildren, Brandt Sowell, Kaitlyn Mason Anderson (Cal), Kirsten Mason, Julia Mason, and Bradyn Mason; great-grandchildren, Keaton Anderson and Tate Anderson; nieces, Gayle Canoy and Dottie Feduccia; and nephew, Ruffin Cross.

Memorials may be made to Center Terrace Baptist Church.
