Kelsi Keith Stinson, age 29, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday November 10, 2024 at UMMC hospital in Jackson MS.
She was born October 11, 1995 in Vicksburg, MS to Jennifer Keith Haggard and Edwin Kevin Keith.
She married Joshua James Stinson on May 18, 2021. Kelsi loved Josh, her two dogs, Chief and Copper,
and spending time with her large family. She was known for her caring personality, her sense of humor, and her beautiful, infectious smile.
Kelsi was an organ donor and her family knew that it would make her happy to know that she has the potential to save another person’s life through her sacrifice. She was able to donate her kidneys, eyes, and some tissue. In lieu of sending flowers, Kelsi’s family would kindly ask to please donate in Kelsi’s honor to the Mississippi Organ Recovery Agency.
She is survived by her husband Joshua James Stinson, her mother Jennifer Keith Haggard, her stepfather Joe Haggard, her mother-in-law Sandy Elizabeth Stinson, her father-in-law Richard Ray Stinson, her grandmother Susan Crabtree, her grandad John Crabtree, her three brothers, William Jacob Keith, Dakota Austin Haggard, and Edwin Kevin Keith II, her sister-in-law Brooklyn Rodgers Keith, her sister-in-law Alana Elizabeth Stinson, her brother-in-law Branden Leon Stinson, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, and her two dogs Chief and Copper. Kelsi is preceded in death by her father, Edwin Kevin Keith, her cousin, Kaitlyn Nicole Johnson, and her bloodhound Conway.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 13th from 5-7pm at Breeland Funeral Home located at 3304 S Liberty St, Canton, MS 39046.
Service will be held on Thursday, November 14th at 1pm in the Venue at Pinelake Church Reservoir Campus located at 6071 MS-25, Brandon, MS 39047.
Graveside service to be held at Parkway Memorial Cemetery located at 1161 Highland Colony Pkwy, Ridgeland, MS 39157.
