Rosa Lee (Monsell) Herring

Rosa Lee Monsell Herring, 81, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2024.  Visitation will be at Madison Heights Presbyterian Church on Wednesday January 17, 2024 from 1:00 pm until the 2:00 pm memorial service.

A native of Tallulah, LA, Rosa lived in Jackson before moving to Madison County where she lived most of her life.  She was a graduate of Mississippi State University.  She retired from Mississippi Farm Bureau.

Survivors include: husband Jowayne “Joe” Herring of Canton; son, Jay Herring (Rebecca) of Canton; daughter, Leigh Anna Burris (Brian) of Decatur, GA; sister, Suzanne Russell (Russ) of Lufkin, TX; and granddaughter, Tallulah Burris.
