We miss her dearly and have fond memories of our visits. She was always gracious and so easy to love. She was and remains a favorite of ours.

Dear Iupes- I was so distressed to learn of you dear mom's death. She was the most welcoming and gracious lady! She could take a joke and laugh along w you. I will never forget her kindness and southern hospitality.. the world has dimmed a bit with the loss of her giving spirit.

Joe, I was very sorry to learn of your mother's passing. You were very fortunate to have her for so long. Your mother was one of the nicest folks I have ever had the pleasure to know. Heaven has to now be even a better place to be and I am sure it is now louder with your mom and dad both now ringing their cowbells. I regret that I will miss her service but my brother's oldest daughter suddenly passed away so Jennifer and I are heading to Shreveport for her service.

So many wonderful memories of Joe and Jean Iupe from working for them during Christmas holidays while I was in high school to shopping with them as a young adult. They were always so friendly and knew you whenever they ran into you around town. I know that the family will miss her terribly because there's no one like mamma. No matter the age it hurts to let go but we know in our hearts there comes a time to do so.
