I attended elementary and high school with Basil. He was always a loyal friend and one whom you could always depend on. Basil was a gentle person , he made friends easily and was respected by all. Please accept my deepest condolences and may GOD give you all comfort and peace as you go forward. Lamar, please take care of yourself and you are in my thoughts and prayers. James
